Return/Exchange Policy
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL, due to the nature of the business and health concerns. We cannot accept returns however we ensure that our customers receive only the best hair available. If you have received an incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item once we have approved your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that was received, Unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
To get a return, please contact us at info@damaksbeauty.com .If your return request is granted, we will send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.
The customer is solely responsible for all return shipments. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
When we receive the returned item, a gift card will be issued towards any purchase of the product from the website.
